Utah Medical Cannabis Program

The Current Situation

It is currently illegal in Utah to possess or consume marijuana unless you are approved for the Utah medical cannabis Program. In order to obtain approval for the Utah medical cannabis program, you must meet with psychiatrist, psychologist, or nurse practitioner. If you are deemed eligible by one of the professionals listed, they will apply for your approval with the state.

Medical Cannabis program approvals currently last for six months. After six months have elapsed, you will be required to schedule another qualifying conditions cannabis appointment to renew your approved status.
