After determining if you are dealing with a qualifying condition by referencing the list above, you will meet with one of our qualified medical providers (QMP). In this meeting, the provider will help you set up your medical cannabis online portal. At the end of your meeting, you will likely be awarded a digital medical cannabis card for Utah.
After receiving your digital medical cannabis card, you will be able to purchase cannabis product from any of the approved Utah state cannabis dispensaries located throughout the state. The initial card expires after six months. After six months, you may qualify for a 12-month renewal period.
